Happy New Year
It's that time of year when we look at the past 364 days and then try to plan the next 365 days. It's time when we all make the resolution to improve ourselves in someway, sometimes putting a lot of additional stress on us.
This year my resolution is to have more balance in my life. I urge my friends, my staff, my patients to have balance. Find time for yourself, treat yourself to something weekly, even if it's your favorite coffee, tea, CD, 30 minutes in a quiet room, but plan it.
Stress is a major factor in muscle pain, so let's try to find something that allows us to be more balanced and therefore more healthier.
